Regarding the post below

It's also worth mentioning that you should take the time to go to the site and see the trailer for Cougar Interactive's flagship title, uh... Zoo Race.

It's... eh, forget it. There's just nothing I can say, except that you probably thought nothing could be more random or weird than that last clip. Well, you were wrong. So very wrong...

PS. It's noteworthy that all the "awards" won by Zoo Race are either a stamp indicating it doesn't contain any viruses, or are the "five star award" that's given to every item on a various download sites regardless of quality. Kind of damning with faint praise. :(

PPS. *sigh* "Oh great... I'm a horse now."

Okay, I did it and braved both videos. Good gravy batman!

I can understand wanting to make a game based on the Noah's Ark account and as badly done as the first video was, it wasn't nearly as outrageous as Zoo Race.

I mean, what kind of theology are the kids learning by that game? They've got people morphing into talking animals that are made to race by God through a race course that includes a disco dance (where Noah gets his groove on), riding on trains and on rockets into space?!!!?
Eh????

Yep. Weird.

It really looks like Cougar Interactive is really mostly just one guy, which would explain why there was no one around to tell him how ridiculous his game is.

I agree... I'm baffled as to what the point of the Zoo Race game is. If their goal is impart the idea that a "world flood" is true, why would they also send the message that God runs a race in which horses that were once lady librarians get shot out of cannons into outer space?

*Shakes head.* Kooky.
